The full policy behind how Credit Score Forward collects, uses, shares and protects your information. Last updated October 2026.
We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you request financial guidance, submit an enquiry, apply for a product, manage an existing service, or request assistance with a financial plan. This may include your name, contact details, date of birth, financial information, and documents relevant to the service you request.
Depending on the service, information may include employment details, income, borrowing requirements, insurance needs, investment objectives, property information, existing financial commitments, or other details required to evaluate a request. We seek to limit collection to information that is reasonably relevant to the purpose for which it is provided.
Information may be used to understand your requirements, assess eligibility, process enquiries and applications, facilitate communication with relevant financial institutions, administer requested services, provide customer support, maintain appropriate records, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Where necessary to fulfil your request, relevant information may be shared with applicable lenders, insurers, investment providers, financial institutions, payment providers, warranty companies, authorized service partners, or essential technology providers. These parties may process your information according to their own contractual, privacy, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Personal information is not intended to be sold or rented to unaffiliated marketers for their own promotional purposes. Information may be used to provide communications relating to your enquiry, application, existing service, or marketing preferences where there is an appropriate basis to do so.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards may include encryption, role-based access controls, authentication measures, security monitoring, restricted permissions, and appropriate data-handling procedures. Access to personal and financial information is limited to authorized individuals and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes.
Appropriate security controls may be used to help protect systems and information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. You should also take reasonable precautions when submitting information online and should never provide passwords, authentication codes, or other security credentials through general enquiry forms.
Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain business and transaction records, administer agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the nature of the information and service involved.
The website may automatically receive limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, referring pages, and interactions with website features. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential functionality, preferences, security, performance measurement, or permitted analytics.
Some website functions or financial services may rely on third-party platforms, institutions, service providers, or technology infrastructure. Information processed by those parties may be governed by their respective privacy notices, contractual terms, and applicable legal requirements.
Where you have opted to receive newsletters or other optional communications, you may withdraw that preference at any time using the available unsubscribe or preference-management option. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop essential communications required to process an application, administer a service, or satisfy legal obligations.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information held about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where legally permitted, restrict certain processing, or exercise other applicable privacy rights. Requests may be subject to reasonable identity or authorization verification.
Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for the service you are requesting. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, security answers, payment credentials, or other highly sensitive account-security information through general forms or unsecured communications.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, and current. If information changes or you identify an error in information previously provided, you should request an appropriate correction so that records and service-related assessments can be maintained accurately.
The website and its financial services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are not legally permitted to request the relevant service. Where age or legal capacity is relevant to a financial product, applicable eligibility requirements will apply.
Reasonable safeguards are maintained to protect personal information, but no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continuously review appropriate measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, data-processing practices, legal requirements, or regulatory expectations. The most recent version published on the website should be reviewed before submitting personal information.
By using the website or voluntarily providing personal information, you acknowledge that your information may be processed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and, where necessary, shared with relevant providers or service partners to fulfil your request, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
