These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Credit Score Forward website and its services. Please read them carefully. Last updated October 2026.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. These terms apply to your use of the website, its information, enquiry forms, planning tools, and any services made available through the platform.
The website provides general financial information, planning assistance, product discovery, and facilitation relating to lending, insurance, investments, wealth management, payments, debt relief, and warranty services. The availability and suitability of individual products depend on the applicable provider and your circumstances.
Financial products and related services may be provided by independent lenders, insurers, investment firms, financial institutions, payment providers, warranty companies, or other authorized partners. Each provider may maintain its own eligibility requirements, pricing, contractual terms, disclosures, privacy practices, and service procedures.
An enquiry, application, quotation request, or submission of information does not constitute approval, acceptance, funding, coverage, or a binding offer. Final decisions are made by the applicable provider after completing its required assessment, verification, underwriting, credit review, or other procedures.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. Information provided through applications, enquiries, claims, financial assessments, or supporting documents may be relied upon when evaluating a request. Material inaccuracies or omissions may affect eligibility, pricing, approval, coverage, claims, or contractual rights.
Rates, premiums, repayment examples, savings estimates, projections, calculators, eligibility indicators, and other figures displayed on the website are illustrative unless expressly identified as a formal offer. Actual figures may vary based on verification, underwriting, credit assessment, market conditions, provider policies, and the information available at the time of assessment.
Loan and credit products may involve interest, fees, repayment obligations, penalties, security requirements, credit checks, and other conditions. The applicable lender determines the final amount, interest rate, repayment schedule, charges, and eligibility requirements. You should review the complete loan documentation before accepting a credit facility.
Insurance policies and warranty agreements are governed by their respective terms, conditions, exclusions, coverage limits, deductibles, waiting periods, service requirements, and claims procedures. Information presented on the website does not independently establish coverage or guarantee that a particular loss, repair, event, or claim will be accepted.
Investments involve risk and their value may increase or decrease. You may receive less than the amount originally invested. Past performance, historical returns, forecasts, projections, and examples are not guarantees of future results. Investment decisions should take account of your objectives, financial circumstances, and tolerance for risk.
Wealth management services may include investment management, estate planning, risk management, retirement planning, tax planning, and education planning. Recommendations or planning information should be considered in the context of your individual circumstances and the information available when the recommendation is made.
Payment-related services may be subject to transaction limits, verification procedures, processing requirements, fees, security controls, availability restrictions, and provider-specific conditions. Transactions may be delayed, declined, reversed, or restricted where permitted by applicable rules or the relevant provider's procedures.
Debt consolidation, debt settlement, bankruptcy guidance, and related services may have financial, legal, tax, and credit implications. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, creditor requirements, applicable law, and the specific arrangement. No particular reduction in debt, settlement amount, savings, or credit improvement is guaranteed.
Products or services may involve interest, premiums, commissions, administrative charges, transaction fees, penalties, or other costs. Applicable charges depend on the relevant product, provider, agreement, and individual circumstances. All material costs should be reviewed before entering into a financial arrangement.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms, risks, costs, obligations, exclusions, and conditions associated with any product before accepting it. You should consider whether a financial product or service is appropriate for your circumstances and seek independent professional advice where necessary.
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not intended to replace personalized financial, investment, insurance, tax, legal, or debt advice. Information may not account for your complete financial position, objectives, needs, or risk tolerance.
The website may facilitate access to products, services, websites, or resources operated by third parties. Such parties operate under their own agreements and policies. Their decisions regarding applications, pricing, coverage, transactions, claims, eligibility, and service delivery remain their responsibility.
Information submitted through the website may be collected, processed, stored, and shared where necessary to respond to your enquiry, facilitate a requested service, maintain records, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable obligations. Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, misuse forms or services, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate and current information, but financial markets, regulations, rates, fees, provider requirements, products, and service availability can change. Website content may therefore be updated, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice.
No particular financial result is guaranteed through use of the website or its services. This includes approval, funding, interest rates, investment returns, insurance coverage, claim payments, debt reduction, payment completion, warranty service, savings, or any other specific outcome.
Concerns relating to a specific financial product should generally be raised through the applicable provider's established complaints or dispute-resolution process. Where a product is supplied by an independent institution, its contractual terms and applicable complaint procedures may determine the available escalation process.
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic communications and records may be used in connection with enquiries, applications, service administration, disclosures, notices, and other interactions. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide remains accurate and accessible.
These Terms and Conditions may be revised periodically to reflect changes in services, products, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory standards. The updated version published on the website will apply to future use unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
Where a financial product or service is governed by a separate application, policy, loan agreement, investment document, warranty contract, disclosure, or other provider-specific agreement, that document will govern the relevant product or relationship. These website terms are not intended to replace or override those contractual provisions.
